Work to restore Ryde Cemetery’s to get underway and there's to be an open day, this weekend. The 12 acre site is full of Victorian and Edwardian architecture and those behind the project say its gravestones, tombs and vaults commemorate the historic events and prestigious local families who have shaped Ryde.
